HP 1055CM plus Setup for Long Plots
My visitor just bought a HP 1055CM plus and I'm having trouble with it clipping long axis plots.Nosotros apply AutoCad 2008 and the plotter has 64MB of memory and a 7GB HD. It is continued to our network by a JetDirect 620N card. I'thou using the HP drivers that came with it and have the plotter fix as a system printer in AutoCad since 2008 doesn't have a internal driver for the 1055.
I'chiliad unable to impress out things longer than around 60 inches when letting the plotter procedure the drawing. I can plot the longer drawings if I accept my estimator process them.
I believe this is a lack of retentiveness, but I don't become an fault message on the plotter. And HP claims to be able to plot over k inches with this setup in the user's transmission.
Has anyone had a similar trouble? Will doubling the memory help?

We had the aforementioned matter with our HP 5000. Nosotros had ordered an extended memory, simply it got lost in shipping, & nosotros never got it, and then I don't know how much information technology would help. We just stick to letting the reckoner process information technology. It'due south a fiddling slower, just it works.
